The helmet for this costume is a mix of plaster of paris, wire mesh and foam. The rubber hair strands hold fiber optics for lighted tips. The body skin is latex coated spandex and the armor is mostly floor tile, shinpads and elbow/knee pads. LEDs keep the knife wound yellow blood glowing, light up the self-destruct panel when activated and put a nice blue glow on the claws.
