R2-D2 Gripper Arm Shoulder

This design replaces the Baddeley V2 version with one that accomodates ball bearings for the shoulder joint, and makes more room for servo savers on the utility arms. The end of the shoulder socket needs to be trimmed to make room for the second bearing (or you can go with just one). The nuts and holder are added after the first bearing is installed on the shoulder (use only a small amount of silicone glue if you want it removable later).
