A battery powered fan ensured adequate draw of humidity away from the mask interior all day even when wearing thick clothing and getting plenty of exercise. Although capable of being powered by a single 9v battery, it was found that a set of 8 AA batteries provided much more powerful draw of air throughout the day (even though using rechargeable batteries).
