Ed Mercer - Season 1
The Orville costume was bought, but I 3D printed and painted the Insignia, the Wrist Communicator and Epaulettes. I also modified the shoes (reducing the heel) to make them more screen accurate.
Ed Mercer - Season 2
I modified the Epaulettes so they print better, and have an easy interchange velcro tab for changing from Season 1 to Season 2. I gave the Insignia a magnetic backing so I can switch those between seasons too. The bottle was purchased.
Beer Holder
I stripped the paint off a set of aluminum beer bottles and made a holder for them out of neoprene.
